About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to provide strategic leadership in the areas of enterprise information security, cyber risk, privacy, and trust programs. The CISO will be a key partner to the CIO and technology organization, with independent responsibility for security risk, governance, compliance, and assurance. This role is pivotal in ensuring that security is integrated into the business strategy, client service delivery, and the adoption of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading security planning, developing and communicating security strategies, and overseeing the enforcement of security policies and procedures. Additionally, the CISO will be involved in the acquisition and deployment of security technologies, operational management of security programs, and will serve as the executive leader for incident response and crisis management. Applicants for the CISO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CCSP. A minimum of 10 years' experience in leading information security and cyber risk programs is required, with a preference for those with a background in professional services, public accounting, financial services, legal, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries. The role demands deep knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, cloud security, privacy, identity, and regulatory compliance, as well as experience in AI governance and emerging technology risk management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive and board engagement, and the ability to translate technical risks into business impact. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to motivate and work in a collaborative environment.
