Content Removal & Copyright (DMCA)

Last updated: October 2026

Job listings on CyberJobs Pro may be aggregated from third-party sources, including Google Jobs, public job-board feeds, and employer submissions. We respect the rights of employers, listing sources, and copyright holders, and we provide the process below for requesting that a listing be removed or disabled.

1. Who can request removal

You may request removal of a listing if you are:

  • an employer whose posting appears without authorization;
  • a listing source or job board whose content has been aggregated; or
  • a rights holder who believes content infringes your copyright.

2. How to submit a request

Email dmca@cyberjobspro.com with the following. For general removal requests, items (1)–(4) are sufficient; copyright claims must also include (5) and (6):

  1. Identification of the specific listing, including its URL on CyberJobs Pro.
  2. Your relationship to the listing (employer, listing source, or rights holder).
  3. The reason you are requesting removal.
  4. Your contact information (name, email, and, where relevant, organization).
  5. For copyright claims: a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. For copyright claims: a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf, together with your physical or electronic signature.

3. What happens next

We will remove or disable access to validly identified listings promptly, typically within 10 business days of receiving a complete request. Accounts found to be repeat infringers may be terminated.

4. Counter-notice

If you are an affected poster and believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@cyberjobspro.com identifying the removed content, its prior location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification. We will evaluate counter-notices in accordance with applicable law.

5. Designated agent

Notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act should be directed to the copyright agent for CyberJobs Pro, which is operated by SocialWandering:

SocialWandering — Copyright Agent, CyberJobs Pro
Washington, D.C., United States
dmca@cyberjobspro.com

A full mailing address for formal written notices is available on request via the email above.
